Creating Change

When we change what is going on with our inner thoughts, we are changing our old belief systems that are locked away in the unconscious mind.

What we suppress is expressed. Either by those around us or our outer actions don't match our inner thoughts.

Changing our inner world to be in balance is a long process and it takes a certain type of discipline to Self to create what we truly desire to manifest in our outer world. It takes time for the outer world to reflect the changes we have made within. Many times just when the seeds of our mind are about to show themselves to the outer world, what often happens is that we retreat, we say it's not working or I'm over trying.Meditation, qi gong, yoga, walking, listening to self help hypnosis CD's, watching positive DVD's, one that make us feel good, like Eat, Pray, Love. Wayne Dwyer and Deepak Chopra, DVD's, Louise Hayes and many more. Anything that keeps the mind occupied to over ride those negative, self sabotaging thoughts and actions.

Remember it's not like taking a pill from the Doctor, it takes dedication of a few minutes to an hour each day and build it up slowly.

Keeping a gratitude journal writing in it every day, Reading out loud every day what you are desiring.

Think and Grow Rich by Nepoleon Hill is a good book and to do the exercises in the book is good idea. This book was written many years ago and still is a top seller world wide.

LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS ON HOW FAST THIS ALL WORKS. Live each day as it's new, A bird doesn't say, Oh my God I had better get all this food just incase I can't fly tomorrow. :)Yes I know it's brain is made up different from ours, but never the less we can learn much from other species.

Creating change is constant and more or less a life time of growth. We get to one level and then there's another, but the magic of it all is it gets easier. It may seem tough at the beginning but then it gets easier, the lesson and learningspeeds up until we get to a place where we are completely in our body and heart and mind.

Anxiety is F.E.A.R Future Expectations Appearing Real. Usually anxiety is caused by feeling that in some way we are not good enough - we cannot meet the expectations that we believe are imposed upon us - perhaps a fear that we aren't going to be accepted or liked.

Great Australian Women

I am currently reading a book on Great Australian Women and as I am a citizen of this amazing country I wanted to learn more about these women as I have had and still do have male mentors it is refreshing to read about these amazing women.

George Hegel, (1770 - 1831) a Professor of Philosophy at Berlin University, insisted that women's limited mental capacity equipped them only for housework and child-rearing.

Closer to home Professor William Balls-Headley, (gotta love the name) (1841 - 1918) Professor of Obstetrics at Sydney University, predicted that if young women were allowed to undertake tertiary education "the energy needed by the uterus would be diverted to the brain, rendering them infertile".

Author Susanna De Vries.

Aren't we glad that we have come such a long way in such a short time.

The reason why I wanted to write about this today is because as I work on others, I realise that these old belief systems are still tucked away in our unconscious, usually connected to our self-worth on many different levels.

How do you value yourself? A good idea is to write down all the amazing things ( I call them things, they are all actually achievements) you have accomplished in your life, eg; bringing up children, supporting grand children, moving house, moving interstate, flying, travels, cooking, studies, awards even way back at primary school and much much more. I guarantee your self esteem will lift. Then write down all the wonderful new adventures you would like to accomplish and place them somewhere you can read them out loud every day.

The Dimensional Healing Sessions that I offer for you clears old belief systems in the Self, Spirit, Soul, Past Live & Ancestors. These negative belief systems are stored in our mind, body and energy systems. You don't go away feeling elated from this session, but you go away sensing and feeling the subtle changes and then your life seems to take you places on a new level and guess what? It seems to stay and not slide back again and that is what's so good about it.

It's all in the tone of voice.

We are always learning, we feel we have moved through something in our lives, then wham we are hit again with something else. Other people are a good way to gauge how we are going, but most of the time it's not what they are saying to us, it's all about how we are reacting to what they are saying.

As tone of voice makes up 76%, we need to be aware of how people are speaking to us and it's also good to observe how we react. Watching body language and listening not only to what they are saying, but in what tone of voice they are using that will help you keep a check on how much you are growing and changing. Be the observer.

A good affirmation you may like to use, "I am worthy of being in the company of good, positive people."
