Gwen's qualifications and practices are Hypnotherapy, Regression, NLP Practitioner, Spiritual Healing and Personal Development. Gwen has
studied, Hypnotherapy, Regression, Nuero Linguistic Programming (NLP), Metaphysics, Counseling, Remedial massage, Chinese Healing Philosophy and Acupressure, Cranio-sacral Therapy, Meditation, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition and many multi-cultural ethnic Ceremonies and more for over 25 years, as
well as numerous life experiences. Gwen is also a qualified
teacher/trainer.
I know from my own life experiences that one of the most important things I have achieved for myself, is to change what's happening for me on the inside.
I have had many challenges in study, relationships, adventures and spirituality to bring about change in the way I see my world, and this all transformed into personal growth and I love supporting others to grow and stretch and find that centre that we can go back to when our life becomes unbalanced.
